Cutie Marmalade

M doesn't like clementines. Five pounds of cuties is a lot to eat on my own. So I decided to make some marmalade with them. The color is beautiful. Next time I'll make more. I was cautious because it was my first marmalade. I didn't add any butter. The ingredients are just cuties, water, sugar and a pinch of salt. 135

Peel them up. 123
Get all the segments into the Cuisinart and put it on full whack!

Slice up the rinds.

Chuck all the pithy parts. They don't taste good anyhow.

Boil up the rind. Add juice, boil again. Add sugar, boil again. Then put them in jars! Then water bath and ta da! Cutie Marmalade!
